   संविधान मेंउपबंध है कि लोक सभा के 530 से अनधिक सदस्य राज़्यों में प्रादेशिक निर्वाचन-क्षेत्रों से प्रत्यक्ष रीति से चुने जाएंगे और 20 से अनधिक सदस्य यंघ राज़्य क्षेत्रों का प्रतिनिधित्व करेंगे , जिनका निर्वाचन ऐसी रीति से होगा जिसे संसद विधि द्वारा उपबंधित करे .

The Consti- tution provides that the Lok Sabha shall consist of not more than 530 members chosen by direct election from territorial constituencies in the States , and not more than 20 members to represent the Union territories , chosen in such manner as Parliament by law provides -LRB- article 81 -LRB- 1 -RRB- -RRB- .
   संविधान का उपबंध है कि लोक सभा में राज्यों के प्रादेशिक निर्वाचन-क्षेत्रों से प्रत्यक्ष निर्वाचन द्वारा चुने गए 530 से अधिक तथा संघ राज्य क्षेत्रों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए ऐसी रीति से जो संसद विधि द्वारा उपबंधित करे , चुने गए 20 से अधिक सदस्य नहीं होंगे [अनुच्छेद 81 ( 1 ) ] .
